Return Policy
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Asher will only accept returns/exchanges on any items that are in their original, unused, unopened, or unworn condition along with all packaging. Any and all shipping fees, duties, and taxes to complete the return are the sole responsibility of you, the customer.
Please email concierge@smellasher.com within 10 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We require that your item is returned within 14 days of receiving your RA#. Please note that all returns that do not meet the 10 day requirement for requesting a RA# will only be considered, but not guaranteed, for online store credit/exchange and no refund will be given. Upon receiving your RA#, you have 14 days to ship your return.
If you decide to return an item(s) to Smell Asher Corp., you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Smell Asher Corp. Please note that this amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
Items that appear used, opened, or worn upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
