Shipping is free for any overs over $70 USD. In a nutshell, if you have any of our candles in your cart, it's free shipping, always.

It depends on where you are located. We ship from the heart of downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada. During checkout, the free and paid shipping rates will determine estimated delivery time.

We use most major carriers, and local courier partners. On average, we typically ship with UPS or DHL. Regardless of shipping option, we always provide tracking details.

We do not ship with Canada Post and/or USPS at this time due to inconsistencies and that COVID thing.

We only accept returns on products that are not opened and in their original condition. Any products that are to be returned to our fulfillment centre are at your expense. You will be responsible for any shipping fees, duties, and taxes where applicable.

However, if the order is a mistake on our part (ie. wrong item shipped), we will be happy to send the correct order to you ASAP and/or provide a credit to your account.

All of our candle tins are able to be custom engraved in our brand font. You can input the characters you'd like to engrave on the product page before adding to cart. Custom engraving will require an additional set fee as outlined on the product page.

That's correct. When you purchase any of our sample whiff packs, they come with a voucher code that you can then use on your first purchase of one of our candles. The voucher is good for the full amount you paid on the sample whiffs. Therefore, they're free!

All vouchers come with an expiry date. You can only use the code prior to the expiration date.

If you do not purchase a candle after receiving your sample whiffs, and the voucher code expires, you will no longer be able to redeem the voucher on your next candle purchase.

No. Sample whiffs that include a voucher are for first-time customers. If you have purchased a sample whiff pack and used the voucher, any future sample whiffs will not include a voucher.

However, if you are on a candle subscription, our subscribers receive FREE sample whiffs on new scents always. Subscribers also get to test sample whiffs that are still in development as we love to test with our community of candle lovers.

We currently support both Canadian and United States dollars. (CAD & USD). You can toggle which currency you prefer to shop in via the currency toggle in the header of our website.
